导管式热泵

承包商 who are participating in the Comfort Ready Home Program through the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) are eligible to install and offer rebates for 考利茨 PUD customers. 承包商 are responsible for pulling permits and may not defer permits to their customers. 承包商 wishing to offer an “instant rebate” to their customer shall request the customer’s signature on the rebate form. 如果客户选择了此选项, the contractor must show the discount on the customer invoice after sales tax is applied. 承包商可以填写退税表, attach a copy of the AHRI证书 and final invoice, 并提交给考利兹警局.

承包商 who are interested in installing insulation and windows can offer rebates to 考利茨 PUD customers. However, it is not a requirement to be on the 考利茨 PUD Courtesy Contractor List. Any contractor who is licensed/bonded with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries is eligible. We ask that contractors successfully complete five projects before we will add your company information to our Courtesy List. 绝缘 and window rebates must be pre-approved.

智能恒温器

考利茨 PUD offers rebates for Smart thermostats for customers who heat with electric forced-air furnaces and heat pumps. Contractor-installed Smart thermostats qualify for a $165 rebate; customer-installed thermostats qualify for a $140 rebate. Provide a copy of your receipt with a completed rebate form.

热泵热水器

考利茨 PUD offers rebates ranging from $700 to $1,100元用于热泵热水器, which use approximately 65-70% less electricity than traditional electric storage-tank water heaters. They can be installed by a licensed contractor or by a homeowner. Provide a copy of your receipt with a completed rebate form.

无管热泵(DHPs)

承包商 participating in the Comfort Ready Home Program are eligible to install and offer rebates for Commercial 无管热泵 for 考利茨 PUD commercial customers. 承包商 should send a completed DHP Project Information Form, AHRI证书, 最终发票寄给考利兹PUD，地址为 eeservices@ttrip.net. The rebate for a ductless heat pump retrofit is $1,000/ton, a ductless heat pump upgrade is $300/ton. Minimum specifications for Commercial DHPs are listed below:

热泵(HVAC)

承包商 are not required to be on a qualified PUD contractor list for ducted air-source heat pumps. Minimum efficiency specifications for commercial air-to-air heat pump equipment can be found on page 44 of the BPA实施手册. 考利茨 PUD offers a rebate of $700/ton for retrofit installations (converting from electric-resistance heat to a heat pump). The rebate is $150/ton for HVAC upgrades (replacing an old heat pump with a new heat pump).

考利茨 PUD offers rebates that range from $800 to $2,000 for 热泵热水器 installed in commercial properties.

照明

考利茨 PUD offers incentives for commercial businesses to upgrade to LED lighting. Customers may self-install products or work with a contractor to complete their projects. All lighting upgrade projects must be pre-approved. A current 照明 Calculator may be found here:
